Team
The
purpose of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
Environmental Compliance and Safety (ECS) Committee’s Communication
Team is to communicate, market, maintain and foster environmental
safety and health (ES&H) communication effective through NOAA
to enhance NOAA’s Line and Staff Offices in directing the ES&H
efforts and activities.
The
Communication Team has been organized under the authority of the
NOAA ECS Committee to:
· Communicate
NOAA’s ES&H initiatives.
· Market
NOAA’s ES&H program
- Maintain
an updated source of ES&H information for all NOAA employees.
- Foster
the mind-set that safety is everyone’s responsibility in
NOAA.
- Promote
NOAA’s environmental leadership for the purpose of ecological
knowledge and stewardship.
