The ECS Policy Team has written and reviewed four draft policies which are currently available for NOAA wide review.  Please contact your Line Office representatives listed below for a copy of the policies. 

The following policies are:

1. Proposed Protocol for Interactions Between NOAA Facilities and Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health Regulatory Agencies. 

2. NOAA Waste Disposal Policy. 

3. Standardized Language Minimizing Environmental Liability in Purchase and Lease Agreements, Contracts and Statements of Work.

4. NOAA Environmental and Safety Funding Policy
