Above-Ground Storage Tanks

• For tanks > 660-gal or 1320-gal combo
  • Need to have a SPCC if a release could reach US navigable water
  • Comply with SPCC plan specified requirements
• If volume exceeds 10,000# (about 1250 gal)
  • Need to report it to LEPC per EPCRA.
  • Contact local Fire Department for EPCRA requirement. Usually require MSDS submittal
