Orders (DAO) - Environmental
The development and implementation of internal controls is a fundamental
building block on which an accountable program is developed and maintained.
DOC Administrative Orders are used to document and mandate continuing policies,
standards requirements, and procedures prescribed by the Office of the
Secretary of Commerce for Department-wide application or for application
to two or more major program areas of the Department. They cover substantive
