ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING The purposes of the
Corporate Training Program Team are to identify curriculums and methods
of providing
quality, appropriate environmental
compliance and safety training and to coordinate and align efforts of
NOAA's Line and Staff Offices. Each Line and Staff Office is responsible
for providing training as well as ensuring that their personnel are fully
trained to carry out the environmental and safety responsibilities of
their positions. The NOAA SECO Training Team was established to both
identify the required level of training for each NOAA employee and to
assist management's efforts to ensure each employee receives the appropriate
type and amount of ECS training.
