CRITERIA FOR DEMONSTRATING PROOF OF CORPORATE
ATTITUDE

1. Written policies defining standards
and procedures to be followed by its agents and employees.
2. Specific high-level persons, not reporting
to facility/line managers, who have authority to ensure compliance
with those standards and procedures.
3. Must effectively communicate its standards
and procedures to its agents and employees through training programs
and publications.
4. Must have established as effective program
for enforcing its standards through monitoring and auditing systems
designed to prevent and detect non-compliance.
5. Consistently enforce standards through
appropriate disciplinary mechanism.
6. After an offense or violation has been
detected, there must be immediate appropriate steps taken to correct
the condition, and take reasonable steps to prevent further similar
offenses or violation (including independent audits).
